Over the past 7 years, I have competed in over 20 competitions that range from Sports Aerobics, Women's Tri-Fitness, Fitness America and NPC Fitness and Figure. I have been an IFBB Fitness Pro for over 5 years now. I have really enjoyed competing as a Pro and meeting all of the wonderful competitors that make up this sport. Each and every athlete gives 110% to training and to each competition. I have had the greatest time competing in New York , Dallas , Atlantic City , Florida and Las Vegas . Competing in the Fitness Olympia was a dream come true! The experience was so amazing! The fans, the facility, the other athletes were just incredible. Performing in front of 55,000 was the most exhilarating experience of my life. I will never forget the Olympia and the greatest feeling in the world of being on that Olympia stage. It is a memory that I will always cherish dear in my heart. Very few athletes have that pleasure of competing in the Olympia and I am honored that I had that opportunity. I am currently taking 2008 off to take care of a few injuries that need some time to heal. My fiance', John Jolly and I are now offering competition diet and training programs. Please feel free to contact us via my website if you have any questions or need any assistance with competitions.

Kindest Regards,
